RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email Markuizi at sales@markuizi.com.au to arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Please choose your items carefully as Markuizi does not accept returns for change of mind or on sale items.
On the rare occasion where a product return is approved, Markuizi reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% should a product return be authorised.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Markuizi.
